This project was undertaken under Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. It included Construction of six (6) gravel Roads Namely; Kinogozi-Kihabweni-Kigaya (13.95km), Kananyansi-Musajjamukulu (12.4km), Kigaya-Kitindura-Kikuube (14.85km), Kiziranfumbi-Kichakanya-Ruhunga (16.6km), Bukinda-Nguse (5.2km) and Kyangwali-Tontema-Mahama (7.3km). It was started on 1st March 2022 and ended on 30th December 2022.
The company undertook the development of this road supported by World Bank through Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development (ARSDP)

This project was undertaken under Ministry of Local Government. It included Construction and Rehabilitation of Gayaza - Kalungu - Mityomere (27.5km) Community Road in Nakaseke District. (Islamic Bank). It was started on 1st June 2022 and ended on 30th October 2022.

This project was undertaken under Uganda National Roads Authority. It included Construction of Rwemikoma – Kijumba –Rwakitura (28km), Kabwohe – Nyakambu – Bwizibwera (47km), Engarusya – Buremba (24km), Rwenjaza – Kabujogera (34km), Kashongi – Kantaganya (25km). (GOU). The project started on 3rd December 2020 and ended on 25th February 2023.
Contract No. UNRA/WKS/2016-17/0015/16
This project was undertaken under Uganda National Roads Authority. The main Contractor was MML Contractors Limited and Capital Logistics and Construction Ltd participated as Sub-Contractor. The works executed include construction of grading, spot gravelling, culvert installation, grass cutting and drainage works. (GOU). It commenced on 1st
February 2019 and completed on 4th July 2020.
This project was undertaken under Kampala Capital City Authority by Abubaker Technical Service and General Supplies Limited . The project was City roads design Update and Construction 2015-17 Lot 3, Reconstruction and upgrading of Kulekana -2.1km, Nsambya Katwe 0.95km, Jjuko 1.3km, Kevina 1.2Km, Appas-1.3km, and Bugolobi-Namuwongo Link 0.4km in Makindye Division. The project was started in June 2016 and Completed in December 2017
Procurement Ref. No: UNRA/WRKS/2018-19/00024/12
This project was undertaken under Uganda National Roads Authority. It included Construction of Kokeris – Lopei (18km), Lokopo Link (6km), Girik River – Karita (20.7km), Lokicher - Turtuko – Nyakwae (51.1km), Moroto - Rupa – Nakabat (27.4km) and Ariamoi – Lopei (28.4km). (GOU). The project started on 26th November 2020 and was completed on 10th January 2023.

This project was undertaken under Ministry of Works and Transport. The main Contractor was SBC Uganda Ltd and Capital Logistics and Construction Ltd participated as Sub-contractor. The works executed include construction of main camp, earthworks and drainage works. (GOU).

This project was undertaken under Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. Capital Logistics and Construction Ltd was the subcontractor on these projects. These Projects were undertaken in areas of Hoima Municipality and Mbarara Municipality. Through these relationships, Capital Logistics was able to gain very advantageous supplier contracts and more experience.
